At Redeem Physical Therapy, our mission is exactly that – to give you the tools to prevent an injury. Most of us have movement patterns that are less than perfect, tightness in our muscles, or weaknesses for which we have been compensating. Sometimes these issues lie dormant for years before one additional stress occurs

and then, BAM, we are hurting again. We strive to discover these underlying issues and help you correct them before they cause pain or cost you money and time away from your normal life activities. Oh, and if you are already injured? We can help with that as well!

Our bread and butter, and our passion! In-depth screening of each joint to find areas that could lead to future injury. Each session ends with an exercise plan to begin to minimize your risk! Upper and lower body screens are avilable.
